There are 34 teachers and employees, 32 of them are women. They graduates from various universities and boarding schools. Some of them are ‘hafizhah’ (Qur’an memorizer).

Some teachers live in the Pesantren, some live in houses around the Pesantren. The Foundation provide subsidy for teachers who rent a house.

 

Teacher Education and Training Program

Given that teachers come from various educational background, Tashfia implement the education and training program.  Involving teachers in various educational activities, training, and seminars, held by the government and private institutions such as: curriculum (KTSP) implementaiton training, Psychology Training, Quantum Teaching, Student Active Learning and various other educational methods.

In addition, Tashfia appeal to perform study visits to various schools.

Tashfia also seeks to facilitate the teachers' formal education required to develop their professional skills.
