Based on an intention to build a winning next generation who are able to face their own contemporary challenge. Those are who more enlighted and more skilled than their parents, we blaze the way to establish an educational institution namely As Sanabil High School.

The school is designed to be an effective vehicle for forming cadres of Muslim youth who have the straight creed, noble character, have provision of adequate Islamic knowledge, but also properly skilled that can sustain themselves to stand alone. Those are the profile of outcomes that are expected to be formed by the education process in As Sanabil.

In efforts to develop an effective process of education, As Sanabil High School designing education programs that consist of 3 Major: Natural Science, Social Science, and Language.

 

Natural Science Department

In science majors, students directed to the master the basic sciences (math, physics, chemistry, and biology) and information technology expertise. Information technology skills are very important, considering the role of strategic technology that most rapidly developing at this time. Developed areas of expertise include: Network and Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, and Multimedia.

Social Science Department
On Social Science Department, students directed to the development of entrepreneurship and the Islamic business management. It is expected that from here will be born the younger generation of Muslims entrepreneur, which have the ability to manage business with shari’ah guidance. Students are also provided with information technology skills related to the business world.

Language Department
In the language department, the students directed to develop their Arabic languane, as the language of the Holy Qur'an and Islamic world. The mastery of Arabic language is developed to come to a synergy with the Islamic Studies. The language that has been mastered directly developed and practiced to learn Islamic subjects from Arabic references. The memorization of the Holy Qur'an is also a critical concern. Students are expected to memorize 30 section (juz) of the Holy Qur'an.

Students who take the field of language is also provided with a special skill that can be their provisions to come to community as a da'I (Islamic preacher), namely fiqhud dakwah, verbal communication, and jurnalism. Students also equipped with IT skills related to dakwah, such as: desktop publishing (graphic design for newsletters/books publishing), web design and other Islamic softwares.

Given the diverse input of students, to reach the level of competence, the first year students of language majors get a a preparation program for 1 year. During the program students learn Arabic, the basics of Islamic science (‘ulum diniyah), and memorize the Qurran in a big portion. So the total time of study in this department is 4 years.

 

Hopefully, the endeavor to realize the winning Muslim generation, can be done with the permission of Allah subhananhu wa ta'ala. And we expect the role, supports, and du'a from all of the muslimin.
